Directions

    Slice chicken breasts into centimeter slices.

    Place the chicken in an enamel metal tin with olive oil, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.

    Add a knob of butter to the chicken.

    Slice up the spring onions.

    Add the sliced spring onions to the chicken.

  6. 6.

    Grate a quarter of a nutmeg and add to the mixture.

    Tear two bay leaves and add them to the chicken mixture.

    Add thyme to the mixture.

    Add 150 grams of button mushrooms to the mixture after slicing them in a food processor.

    Add a heaped tablespoon of cream fresh.

    Add a heaped teaspoon of flour.

  12. 12.

    Add a heaped teaspoon of mustard.

    Add 300 ml of pre-done chicken stock.

    Mix everything up until you have a creamy sauce.

    Turn the heat down to low.

    Place pre-done puff pastry on top of the mixture and tuck it into the bed.

    Lightly brush the pastry on top with milk or egg.

    Place a sprig of rosemary on top.

    Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F, gas mark 6 until golden brown.
