Directions

    Pierce the chicken breast with a fork multiple times.

    Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

    Place chicken strips in a bowl.

    Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water until smooth.

    Slice the onion and green bell pepper.

    Add oil to a frying pan and saute the onion and green pepper until soft.

    Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned.

    Add the ginger and garlic to the pan.

    Add the pepper.

    Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine. Cook until sauce thickens.
