Directions

    Preheat your oven to 235 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cut the broccoli into rice-sized pieces.

    Spread the broccoli evenly over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let the broccoli cool completely.

    Place the cooled broccoli into a Ziploc bag.

    Seal the bag tightly.

  8. 8.

    Place the bag of broccoli in a mason jar.

    Pour 750 milliliters of water over the broccoli.

    Seal the jar.

    Shake vigorously and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

    Repeat steps 8-9 five or six times.

    Strain the broccoli water.
