Directions

    Add boiling water to a saucepan.

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Add 250 grams of pasta and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Add some oil to a pan.

    Add 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion and saute them over medium heat.

    Add 500 grams of ground beef.

    When the meat changes color, season it with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and 1 spoonful of paprika.
