Directions

    Peel and cube 4-5 medium-sized potatoes.

    Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Air fry potatoes at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.

    Cube 2 chicken breasts.

    Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

    Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of butter until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

    Add minced garlic and garlic parmesan sauce to the chicken.

    Stir in the cooked potatoes.

    Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

    Broil in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
