High Protein Creamy Chipotle Chicken Pasta

    Grab thinly cut chicken breast, add the seasoning listed on the screen and in the caption below with a bit of olive oil, mix it and set it aside.

    In a blender cup, add fat free milk, grated parmesan cheese, chipotle sauce, light cream cheese and blend it together.

  3. 3.

    Cook the chicken on medium to high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

    While the chicken is cooking, start cooking your pasta.

    Once the chicken is cooked, set it to the side and add diced onion and diced garlic.

  6. 6.

    Add the blended sauce.

    Lower the heat, add chicken bouillon powder, smoked paprika, mix and simmer until the sauce has thickened and is smooth and creamy.

    Add some parsley with the cooked and drained pasta and a little bit of pasta water, keep stirring until well combined.

    Cut the chicken and divide everything into four equal servings.

  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 340 ml fat free evaporated milk
  • 20 g freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp chipotle sauce
  • 90 g light cream cheese
  • 320 g pasta
  • 1 diced brown onion
  • 6 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon / chicken stock powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • dried parsley
