Directions

    In a food processor, combine onions, carrots, and spring onions.

    In a bowl, mix the pork with the minced veggies.

    Add the seasoning (kosher salt, black pepper, ginger powder, onion powder) and cornstarch to the bowl.

    Mix well all the ingredients in the bowl.

    Place some of the filling on an egg roll wrapper.

  6. 6.

    Fold and roll the egg roll tightly.

  7. 7.

    Brush the egg roll with water.

  8. 8.

    Fry the egg rolls for 4 minutes in 350°F (177°C).

    Slice the egg rolls.

  10. 10.

    Serve with homemade Thai chili sauce.

  • 3 egg rolls
  • 1 water
  • 1 homemade thai chili sauce
