Directions

    Add two pounds of Jimmy Dean sausage to a large pot.

    Chop the sausage using a meat chopper.

    Add half of a finely diced yellow onion to the sausage.

    Grind a whole head of garlic and add it to the pot.

    Cook the sausage until crispy and drain out any grease.

    Add four cups of chicken broth.

    Add two cups of heavy whipping cream.

    Add half a cup of parmesan cheese.

  9. 9.

    Add a fourth of a cup of chopped roasted red peppers.

  10. 10.

    Add six ounces of fresh spinach.

    Season with onion powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

    Add one pound of potato gnocchi.

    Simmer for about twenty minutes.
