    For mayo, add one whole egg, half a lemon juiced, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, half a teaspoon of salt to a large mason jar.

    Pour one cup of avocado oil into the jar.

    Using a regular blender or an immersion blender, blend until you get a thick consistency.

    Add one cup of buttermilk and one cup of sour cream on top of the mayo.

    Add the juice from one whole lemon, one tablespoon of fresh parsley (or two teaspoons of dried parsley), one tablespoon of fresh chives (or two teaspoons of dried chives), one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of dried dill, 1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 1.5 teaspoons of onion powder.

    Stir by hand, shake, or use an immersion blender to mix all ingredients.
