    Finely mince the garlic and shallots, then fry them in olive oil until soft and browned.

    Blanch the cavolonero until soft, then blend it with a splash of water and cream into a smooth sauce.

    Add the butter beans and green sauce to the pan. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon, add salt and pepper, then simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the beans soften and the sauce thickens.

    Top with more cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serve with crispy bread.

  • 1 more olive oil
  • 1 piece crispy bread
