Directions

    Grab your chicken and throw it in a bowl.

    Add some black pepper and salt. Combine all that together.

    Pop this in the fridge for half an hour at least.

    Grab yourself a bowl with plain flour.

    Get yourself another bowl with a little bit of flour, and to that we're going to add some soda water.

    Add 3 whole eggs and whisk it up.

    Get another bowl, add plain flour, rice flour, adobo seasoning, dried mustard, garlic powder, white pepper, all spice, paprika, chili powder, dried basil, oregano and some salt.

    Mix all that together.

    Grab a piece of chicken, coat it in plain flour, shake it all off, then straight into that dredge, then into that seasoning flour.

    Really get your hands in there and give it a bit of a squeeze.

    Place some of the chicken in the fryer.

  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dried mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon all spice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
