High Protein Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Directions

    Slice the chicken into cubes, add minced garlic, salt, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Slice the potatoes into small cubes. Season with salt, garlic, mixed herbs, paprika and olive oil (optional). Mix well. Oven bake or air fry for 22-25 minutes at 200C/400F until golden and crispy.

    Cook the chicken in light butter on medium heat for 5 minutes each side until golden and juicy.

    Lower the heat, add milk and garlic and herb cream cheese. Mix until smooth and bring to a bubble.

    Drop the crispy potatoes into the pan, mix until creamy.

    Top with shredded mozzarella and cover to melt the cheese.

  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • 20 g Light Butter
  • 300 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 160 g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
  • 80 g Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1100 g Raw White Potatoes
