Directions

    Add a cup of Maldon salt to the food processor.

    Pick rosemary leaves off the stem.

    Add the rosemary to the food processor.

    Pick sage leaves off the stem.

  5. 5.

    Add the sage to the food processor.

  6. 6.

    Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.

  7. 7.

    Add the chopped garlic to the food processor.

  8. 8.

    Zest two lemons using a microplane.

  9. 9.

    Add lemon zest to the food processor.

  10. 10.

    Pulse the food processor a few times to mix.

    Blend for 30 seconds, then stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula.

    Blend for another minute.

  13. 13.

    Remove from food processor and serve.
