Directions

    Brown 1 lb of ground beef with a diced onion.

    Drain the excess grease then add in 6–7 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp of ginger.

    Season with some slap ya mama if you want some spiciness to it.

    Stir in a 14 oz bag of coleslaw mix and 1/4 cup of water.

    Let cook down for a few minutes.

    Stir in 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar and about 1/4-1/2 cup of hoisin sauce.

    Mix well and let simmer on low until the veggies are your desired tenderness.

    Garnish with some sliced green onions if desired.
