Directions

    Place the ground beef in a frying pan and break it apart with a wooden spoon.

    Fry the ground beef over medium heat for ~3 minutes.

    Chop the onion and add it to the pan.

    Chop the garlic and add it to the pan.

    Add paprika, salt and black pepper.

    Fry for ~7 minutes.

    Chop the potatoes and fry them in olive oil for ~12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Crack five eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper, whisk and add chopped spring onions

    Add the cooked ground beef to the pan with potatoes.

    Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and ground beef and cover with a lid to cook for ~5 minutes.

    Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the dish, cover again for ~30 seconds.
