Directions

    Completely cover 50 garlic cloves in olive oil and bake for about 2 hours at 250°F.

    Add half of your roasted garlic to softened unsalted butter along with fresh parsley, chives and salt to taste.

    Cut the bread in a cross hatch pattern.

  4. 4.

    Fill the crevices of the bread with the buttery garlic mixture.

    Add cheese and the remaining roasted garlic.

  6. 6.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F under loose aluminum foil, then for another 10 minutes uncovered.
