Directions

    Sauté one medium onion in olive oil.

    Add two cloves of crushed garlic.

    Add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.

    Add two tablespoons of butter.

    Add one cup of orzo and toast for 10 minutes.

    Add two cups of chicken broth.

    Add the juice of one lemon.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lower the flame and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
