Directions

    Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika and olive oil. Mix till the colour changes.

    Cook the steak bites on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side till golden brown and crispy.

    Lower the heat, add more butter, minced garlic, drizzle of honey and parsley. Mix till well coated & juicy.

    Set the beef aside.

    Add lots of garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add Gochujang paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir till it melts.

    Add your noodle water, let it thicken on low heat. Add your cooked noodles.

    Serve with the juicy steak bites.

  • 35 g Honey
  • 1 handful Chopped Parsley
  • 300 g Dry/Uncooked Weight Medium Egg Noodles
  • 30 g Minced Garlic
  • 80 g Gochujang Paste
  • 300 ml Milk or Evaporated Milk
  • 110 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 125 ml Noodle/Pasta Water
  • 1 handful Green Onion
  • 1 handful Sesame Seeds
