High Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken Mac n Cheese

Directions

    Slice chicken into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and onion powder, paprika and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook the chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.

    Lower the heat, add more butter, garlic, a drizzle of honey and parsley. Mix until well coated and juicy, then set aside.

    Add lots of garlic and cook for 2 minutes before adding low fat milk, light cream cheese and extra seasoning (salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, nutmeg).

    Stir until completely smooth, then add low fat cheddar cheese.

    Keep stirring on low heat until it thickens, then add cooked macaroni.

    Mix until creamy and indulgent.

  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 30 g Honey
  • 1 handful Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 300 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 160 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 100 g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 220 g Uncooked Macaroni Pasta
