    Toast the kunafa in the oven or on the gas stove with a cube of butter until golden brown and crispy.

    Let the kunafa cool.

    Mix the cooled kunafa with the pistachio protein cream.

    Melt sugar-free chocolate in the microwave.

    Mix the melted chocolate with sugar free ice cream.

    Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze it overnight.

    Prepare the serving mold and distribute the mixture.

    Return to freezer for 4-5 hours.
