Directions

    Cut the chicken into thin strips and remove any weird spots.

    Cook the chicken over medium heat in a little bit of oil with seasonings.

    Cook the chicken for about seven or eight minutes.

    Add three packs of Ben's Original Cilantro Lime rice to the griddle.

    Splash some water on the rice and cover it to let it soften.

  6. 6.

    Mix the cooked chicken with the rice.

    Heat Pancho's queso in a cast iron pan.

  8. 8.

    Warm up the tortillas on the griddle.

    Add the chicken and rice to a platter, drown it in queso, and sprinkle on some fresh cilantro.

    Serve with pico de gallo.

  • 0.2 tsp cayenne
  • 3 packs Ben's Original Ready Rice Cilantro Lime
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 32 oz Pancho's white queso
  • 1 Pico de gallo
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cilantro
