    Mix eggs, a pinch of salt, 100g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 125g plain yogurt together in a large bowl.

    Add 180g all-purpose flour and 6g baking powder.

    Mix well.

    Add 1/2 cup oil.

    Mix well.

    Add the chopped apples to the mixture.

    Mix.

    Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 40-50 minutes.
