Directions

    Blend habanero peppers, jalapeños, cilantro, and green onions with a little water until smooth.

    Spread mustard, salt, and white pepper over a pounded beef cut.

    Coat beef in bread crumbs.

    Fry the breaded beef.

    Fry potatoes and eggs.

    Serve the fried beef over rice and potatoes, top with fried eggs, diced tomatoes and onions and add some green onions.
