Directions

    Cook 1 pound of breakfast sausage.

    Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the cooked sausage.

    Add 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour to make a roux.

    Cook the roux for a couple of minutes.

    Add 2 cups of milk.

  6. 6.

    Season with Dan-O's Original Seasoning.

    Bring to a simmer on low until it thickens to a gravy consistency.

    Set aside.

    Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, add a splash of milk and Dan-O's seasoning.

    Whisk together.

    Place one can of cut-up biscuits in a greased casserole dish.

    Pour egg mixture over biscuits.

    Add sausage gravy on top of the egg mixture.

    Top with freshly shredded cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, until biscuits are cooked and eggs are set.
