Directions

    Place chicken, onion, satay sauce, soy sauce, and garlic and ginger paste in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.

    Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

    Shred the chicken.

    Add cooked egg noodles.

    Toss through the sauce.

  • 1 heaped tsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Satay sauce
  • 4 nests egg noodles

  • 1 tsp crispy chilli oil
